This study aimed to examine the impact of Performance Appraisal (PA) systems on Employee Productivity (EP) with reference to the Pakistan Telecommunication Limited (PTCL). It used a deductive approach and a quantitative research design to gather data from management and non-management employees associated with PTCL. The gathered data were analysed using a structural model. The findings indicate that the PA system has a clear and meaningful positive effect on EP. This means that improvements in the PA systems are associated with improvements in EP, showing that the relationship between the two variables is not only positive but also practically important. Based on the findings, the study recommends that organisations should focus on PA improvement, as it directly and favourably affects EP. To guarantee that systems work well and enhance employee or organisational performance, management should first make investments in their maintenance and modernisation.
