About the Journal

JEMSS is a double-blind peer reviewed professional journal in the educational and social sciences context. The Journal of Educational Management & Social Sciences (JEMSS) publishes empirical, theoretical, conceptual and methodological papers of the highest quality on topics in the fields of education, pedagogy and all allied disciplines of social sciences. Any submission to JEMSS is expected to meet the journal requirements and focus on practicably empirical research. Typically, a paper suitable for JEMSS should attempt to replicate, create, advance, deepen, or repudiate existing published theory about professional teaching and learning and allied social sciences disciplines through conspicuous and vivid illustrations and models that can be tested through the evidence for the purpose of empirical support. JEMSS also encourages a variety of disciplinary perspectives, methods, conceptual approaches, and substantive problem areas. JEMSS at AIRSD is interested in publishing articles derived from experiential paradigm and field-based exposures along with conceptually robust theory rooted in social and cultural practices within the allied disciplines.

Scope

The mission of establishing Journal of Educational Management & Social Sciences (JEMSS) is to promote high quality international standard research in the field of education, management sciences, law, economics, commerce, international relations, political science, psychology, philosophy, sociology, English language and literature, anthropology, business studies, communication studies, civics, environmental studies, library sciences, public administration, management sciences, media studies and sustainable development.
