This study investigated the impact of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation on supply chain performance at Youngs Food, a leading FMCG company in Pakistan. Utilizing a quantitative research methodology, the study aimed to assess how ERP systems influence various aspects of supply chain management, including process automation, lead time reduction, cost reduction, and delivery improvement. Data were collected from employees involved in the ERP transformation process through a structured questionnaire. The findings revealed that ERP implementation significantly enhances supply chain performance. Specifically, process automation emerged as the most influential factor, followed by cost reduction, improved deliveries, and lead time reduction. The study confirmed that ERP systems streamline operations, reduce operational costs, and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. The comprehensive analysis underscores the critical role of ERP systems in modern supply chain management, advocating for their strategic adoption to achieve competitive advantage and operational excellence.
