Employee job satisfaction in various pharmaceutical firms in Pakistan were examined in this study. Employees' total work satisfaction was examined to the relative significance of job satisfaction variables. Pharmaceutical companies were chosen for the study because they are growing rapidly. The study examined the effects of variations in attitudes about job satisfaction according to factors such as pharmaceutical type, professional experience, age, and gender. A descriptive study was conducted on the employees of the pharmaceutical sector. Employees in the pharmaceutical industry were found satisfied with their jobs. The work culture, level of job satisfaction, and type of business operations had drastically changed for pharmaceutical companies. The study's conclusions showed that money, workplace productivity, outside supervision, and relationships between coworkers are the most important factors that affect job satisfaction. This study presented a comprehensive diagnostic of work satisfaction guides in the pharmaceutical business, along with factors that lead to dissatisfaction and suggestions for enhancing them.
